Crafted with all-solid tonewoods, tone-enhancing interior bracing and a striking sunburst finish, the Taylor 314ce Studio makes pro-quality sound more accessible than ever. This versatile, comfortable Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric boasts back and sides of solid sapele, a mahogany-like tonewood with a warm, punchy midrange voice. A solid top of torrefied Sitka spruce yields bold projection and a warm, aged-in quality thanks to Taylor's special roasting recipe, while the V-Class bracing adds more volume, longer sustain and clearer harmony between notes all the way up the neck. A narrower nut width of 1-11/16 inches and slender neck profile makes for buttery-smooth fretting at any skill level, and the onboard ES2 electronics make it easy to plug in and play with clear amplified tone. This model is finished with an attractive shaded edgeburst top treatment and an all-gloss body, and includes a structured gig bag for convenient storage and portability.
