The Kramer Jersey Star is designed for players who want more - more pickups, more speed, and more in-your-face Kramer attitude! Part of Kramer’s Original Collection, the Jersey Star was first released in the 1980s and, over the years, has been one of Kramer's most popular models. This updated version features gold hardware, a three-piece maple neck with a satin finish, an elliptical C profile for speed and comfort, and a 25.5” scale length. The maple fretboard sports 22 jumbo frets and laser-cut mother-of-pearl star inlays.
The alder body also features a mother-of-pearl star inlay. It packs a trio of Kramer USA Neptune humbucker™ pickups paired with a master volume control, a five-way pickup selector switch, and individual coil tap mini switches for the bridge and middle pickups. The Kramer “pointy” headstock also has a mother-of-pearl star inlay, along with a Floyd Rose® R2 locking nut that, along with the Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo, keeps everything solidly in tune, regardless of how wild you get with the wiggle stick acrobatics.
A premium gig bag keeps this Star safe and secure, no matter where the road may take you.
