Numa Stage is more than a simple musical instrument, since it combines the performances of a state-of-the-art digital piano and a powerful Master keyboard; designed as a perfect evolution of the Numa Piano, it is perfectly controlled by a new 88 keys premium hammer action keyboard (TP/100LR) with triple switch detection system (3 contacts per key) that allows to play all kind of music with a fast and accurate dynamic control and response, with an incredible repeating rate, also featuring many new powerful features.
The overall specification and sounds are directly derived from the Numa Concert, that has been very positively acclaimed by professional players and press reviews as a very innovative instrument, thanks to the new hi quality piano sounds (Concert Grand and Stage Grand) enhanced by a complete Physical Model of Strings, Soundboard and Sympathetic Resonance, that makes the Studiologic piano sounds very natural under any playing condition and for all musical styles.
The internal sound bank is supported by a powerful DSP post processor, with 4 different modulation effects and 3 types of reverbs, that can be added to a sound also assigning the effect separately to the split or layer sounds dedicated amount and mix knobs can be used to tweak the effects.
The sound generation technology is based on Studiologic TrS (True Sound) technology, with an internal “Floating Point” DSP that also features stereo multi-sampled sound 2/4 pole digital filters with resonance, for pure sound quality, as well as physical modelling algorithms, post processing effects and sound controls.
The control panel is ergonomically designed to provide direct access to all functions during your performance, without the need of complex programming, menu pages or external editing, since the sound bank section allows you to directly activate, layer or split all sounds by simply selecting the related buttons, one or two at the times.
The new Numa Stage Midi Module section allows to control 2 separate Midi Zones, either in split or layer mode, with direct selection of all main MIDI parameters for the two zones, while the selected choice of 12 different popular sounds, including the vintage Electric Pianos, Organs, Pads and Bass sounds, with 128 voice max polyphony, gives to your performance and musical creativity all the power you can expect from a high professional instrument from Studiologic, in a very light and portable configuration and a new professional look.
The Autopreset function stores all Modulation effects edits instantly, automatically memorising the effect you have selected for each sound and the related editing (controlled by the modulation wheel). In addition to that, you can store the complete instrument’s configuration in one of the 50 programmable presets to save absolutely everything, including the MIDI Module parameters (zones program changes, octaves etc).
